Free-plan audio and transcripts are removed after 30 days. Paid plans are built for tables that want their recordings kept permanently.

What we will and will not say
We will say clearly that your data is yours, that export paths exist, that deletion workflows exist, and that we do not sell your campaign data.
We are intentionally precise about AI-policy language. If you need the current written answer on model training or subprocessors, contact support so we can give you the exact wording instead of soft marketing copy.
